    • All members are invited and encouraged to contribute to web site content.
    • Our web site is an ideal platform for any member involved in activities which would benefit the members or bring positive recognition to the fire service and our association.
    • Although the Executive Committee and the President retain the absolute and final right to edit material submitted by any member for content and length or refuse to publish it, any contributions and suggestions are welcome for consideration.
    • Be sure to obtain permission in writing for any copyrighted materials to be used. This would include logos of businesses or previously published material. The webmaster will need to have the originals on file in case of dispute. The webmaster will not secure these permissions for you or publish copyrighted content without this requirement being fulfilled.
    • Committee Chairpersons and Executive Committee members are encouraged to submit reports on their committee's activities. This should be submitted as a Microsoft Word file or as a plain text file as created in Notepad or Wordpad. These files would end in the file extension '.txt'. They will be edited, formatted and converted for posting on the web site. Any images should be submitted as 'jpegs' will be prepared by the web site administrator. Again, be sure to secure permission in writing for copyrighted materials. Also be sure to get releases for pictures that might identify minors.
    • All submissions for various events, committees and from members will be posted with a link to them from the appropriate page or from the home page at the discretion of the webmaster.
    • All members are encouraged to make use of the web site for any activities they are involved in and to promote the use of the website so that participants may have easy access to organizational materials for events and to become familiar with our association.
    • If you have any questions, comments, suggestions or materials for publication,
    please contact the webmaster.
