while making this a very successful event

One Lucky Cat |
Belleville Fire Fighters responded to the Quinte Mall after a motorist began
hearing strange noises coming from the front of his car and discovered
a cat wedged behind the front wheel.
The cat who had traveled approximately 6 to 8 city blocks in this position was
successfully extricated unharmed with the assistance of
Animal Control and the driver of the vehicle.
